The H. N. White Company,
like many other instrument manufactures strived to educate their customers
in the proper care of musical instruments. This page features instrument
care booklets which were included with each instrument sold. Also, this
page includes information on what should be done with a vintage instrument.

If you are lucky enough to find a vintage
instrument:
Do not pull on stuck slides, take the instrument to a trained professional.
Never use Steel Wool or silver polish to clean an instrument!
Do not remove a stuck mouthpiece, take the instrument to a trained
professional.
As a general rule, the less you do to a vintage instrument the better
off you will be in selling it on www.ebay.com.
